Arrival & Coastal Stay at Hotel Splendid
The group arrived and checked in at Hotel Splendid on the Montenegrin coast, one of the region’s most recognized hotels for conferences, business events, and group programs.
The first evening allowed participants to settle in and experience the atmosphere of the Adriatic coast before the official activities began.
Lipa Cave Experience – Exploring Montenegro Beneath the Surface
The first full day of the program started with a visit to Lipa Cave near Cetinje, one of Montenegro’s most unique natural attractions.
Known for its underground halls, cave formations, and impressive natural structure, Lipa Cave offers visitors a completely different perspective of Montenegro compared to the coastal part of the country. The experience introduced the group to the diversity of Montenegro’s landscapes and created a strong starting point for the day’s activities.

Adventure Park Lovćen & Outdoor Team Building Activities
After the cave experience, the group continued toward Lovćen, one of Montenegro’s most important mountain regions and national parks.

The Skadar Lake boat experience offered a completely different atmosphere from the previous day. Surrounded by mountain landscapes, traditional fishing villages, and protected natural areas, participants experienced another side of Montenegro’s tourism offer.
